My wife gave me one of your pens for my 40th birthday.  It's built from lumber from Comiskey Park.  It's fantastic! I love it, it's especially nice with the White Sox having won the 2005 World Series.

DEAR MARY ANN:
I have only known your company and your associates for the past two weeks and I can only say that it is the most gratifying experience I have ever had with any company. I am 68 years old and this is saying something. I was in the automobile business as an employee of General Motors for over 45 years until I became disabled in 1999 and was forced to retire with no pension, only Social Security and my wife. In all those years I dealt with thousands of great people, but I have never been as happy as I have been in dealing with your great staff. 

When I was forced to send back the original pen to you because I could not hold it due to the great patina finish on it I was devastated. But between you, Garry, Jeff and the doctor I believe you folks have come up with a solution by customizing the pen for me. I cannot wait to see the finished product and to be able to hold it properly so that I can carry it forever.

Thanks for that treasure. Its up on our refrigerator. I think that Grandpa Ben is smiling. It brings back many great memories. In 1942, when in my senior year at Madison HS, my friends and I would go to Ebbets Field on Fridays, Ladies Day, and get in for 50 cents. We were on a split session that year so that we got out of school at a little before 12, walked to the subway and in 15 minutes were at the Field. We'd grab a hot dog, sometimes get autographs from the players and then watch the game. After I graduated in 42, and since I went to Penn State , I hardly saw a game but followed their fortunes or misfortunes. I did see games after graduation in '45 and did see Jackie Robinson play a number of times. We did not know what trials he went through. That was not reported. Interesting how changed the times are now. Anyway I was at the parade when the Dodgers won the World Series. Almost got run over by a Policeman on a horse which was used to control the mobs downtown Brooklyn . What a terrific day. Anyhow, you'll find me smiling a lot because of you. This was a beautiful thing you did!!
